What it will do
- Before the campaign, it will collect the documents: planned crop rotation, plots, areas, current commitments.
- It will prepare a checklist and a calendar.
- It will flag discrepancies between the register and the application.
It will gather your documents and prepare your checklist; you, or your appointed body, submit the declaration.
Its tools
It will connect to them through their official interfaces (APIs), depending on the plan you hold with each vendor.
The declaration is made on Telepac, by you or by the services organisation you have appointed; the agent never files it.
Each agent has a written list of stop cases, agreed with you, and you can stop it at any time.
The content of your emails, invoices and records will stay with you.
We will only see figures: agreement rate, counters, alerts and autonomy level.
Each agent is built and tuned for you, after the audit of your tools. Four autonomy levels, a trial period at autonomy level 0 where nothing is sent, and a log of every action. AI is not included in our prices: subscriptions and model usage (Claude, OpenAI…) are paid directly to the provider, or re-invoiced at cost price, with no margin. Each task will be given to the cheapest AI model that passes our quality trial, tested and dated. Everything is detailed on the AI agent team page; the method, supervision and data and security explain how these rules apply.

Next step
Everything starts with an audit: your tools, your ways of working, your volumes. You then receive a quote.
