What this site does not do
No audience-measurement tools. No third-party services loaded (fonts, videos, maps). No forms. Visits are not logged. The two preferences this site can save in your browser are described on the Cookies page.
Server error logs
In the event of a technical error, the server may record the IP address, the date and the page requested.
- Purpose: the security and proper functioning of the site.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
- Retention period: six months, then deletion.
- Recipient: the host, OVH SAS, which acts on our behalf.
If you write to us directly
Your name, your email address and your message are used to reply to you and, if you wish, to make you an offer. Never marketing, nor a newsletter.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR) if you are acting on your own behalf; our legitimate interest in replying to a business (Article 6.1.f) if you write on its behalf.
- Recipients: HECTOR CONSEIL, and our email provider, OVH SAS (MX Plan email), which acts on our behalf. No one else.
- Retention period: one year after our last exchange, unless you become a customer, then deletion. If you become a customer, your request joins your customer file and follows its own retention periods, which we will tell you at that time.
- No automated decision-making, no profiling.
If we contact you (prospecting)
We write to companies located in France whose activity is relevant to our services, at their business address.
- Data: the company name and its SIREN number, the contact's name and role if published, the business email address, our exchanges.
- Sources: the company's website and the public business directory (SIRENE database). Never a purchased list or collection from social networks.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in presenting our services to businesses (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
- Recipients: HECTOR CONSEIL only, and the service providers acting on its behalf: OVHcloud (email), Google (reading and sending emails) and Anthropic (writing assistant). Google and Anthropic may process this data outside the European Union; write to us to find out about the safeguards that govern these transfers.
- Retention period: three years after our last exchange without a reply, then deletion.
- Objection: reply “STOP” to our message, or write to contact@kendu-intelligence.com. We will stop writing to you; we keep only your address and the date, so that we never contact you again.
If you write to us with a support request
When you report a problem or ask a question about an AI agent, a piece of software or a service we provide to you, we record your request in our support tool. This section applies once this tool is in service.
- Data: your name, your email address, the company and project concerned, your messages, our replies and the follow-up of the request (dates, status, response times).
- Purpose: to handle your request, reply to you within the agreed times, and keep a record of our exchanges.
- Legal basis: performance of our contract (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR) if you are a customer in your own right; our legitimate interest in assisting a client company (Article 6.1.f) if you write on its behalf.
- Recipients: our team only, and our hosting and email providers, who act on our behalf.
- Retention period: one year after the last activity on the request in our support tool; then an archive readable by an administrator only, as evidence in case of a dispute; erasure five years after the last activity.
- No automated decision-making, no profiling.
