Autonomy levels

Autonomy has to be earned.

Each action has its own level, measured and granted in writing. Paying, invoicing or writing in the accounts never goes beyond level 1. Try it:

Your questions

What if an agent makes a mistake or breaks down?

Each agent is designed to stop at the slightest doubt and show you the case. An error is reported to us and we fix it. The terms of support are set out in your quote.

What happens to the agent if supervision stops?

Your data remains yours: at the end of the service, we delete it or hand it back to you, as you choose. What you keep of the agent is defined with you, before set-up. The details: your data and security.

Can my data leave Europe?

Not without our telling you first. Our servers are in Europe, and your agents run where you choose, preferably in a European region. If you require Europe, the AI model is called through a route hosted in Europe. When an AI hosted outside Europe has to be used, for example for custom software developed with Anthropic's Claude, we tell you beforehand, in the quote.

And what about European AI regulation?

Each agent has a rulebook that you approve before it is built: its mission, the cases where it stops, the data it reads. Its actions will be recorded in a log. Article 4 of the Regulation asks providers and deployers of AI systems to promote the “AI literacy” of their staff: that is the purpose of getting your team up to speed. The role of each party, provider or deployer, should be checked with your adviser. The details: what the Regulation asks of an SME.

Can't find your software?

Tell us: at the audit we check whether its official interface (API) allows an agent to be connected. If not, custom development is possible, by quote.

For software, what happens if my price is too low?

We make you a single counter-proposal: a smaller version, or the minimum amount for what you want. If it still does not fit, we point you to an existing tool. No bidding.
