The audit, to know where to start
We look at your tools, your ways of working and your volumes. You leave with a one-page report: the jobs to hand to an AI agent, the expected gains, and a quote.
- The audit€490 excl. VATPaid once, report included.
- Deducted if you sign. If you sign the set-up quote within 30 days of receiving the report, the €490 excl. VAT is deducted from it.
- Once only. The deduction applies once, for the same scope as the audit.
The set-up of your AI agents
We build and configure each AI agent in your tools, with your written rules.
- Per task, from€800 excl. VATA task is a recurring job given to an AI agent: for example, chasing unpaid invoices, or filing supporting documents. An AI agent can have several tasks.
- The exact price, on the quote. It depends on your tools and the complexity of each task. The quote is drawn up after the audit.
The subscription: supervision and maintenance of your AI agents
Each month, a base, plus an amount per AI agent depending on its tier. The base covers the dashboard, alerts and the monthly report. The amount per agent covers its supervision and its fixes.

Open session cancelled? If there are fewer than 5 registrants, we will notify you at the latest 7 days before. You choose: a place on a later session, or a full refund within 30 days.

You tell us how much you want to invest, we show you what that budget can build. The price is fixed and signed before the first day of work. See the Custom software page.
What is added to these prices
- AI, at your expense. Subscriptions and usage of AI models (Claude, OpenAI…) are not included. You pay the provider, or we re-invoice them to you at cost, with no margin, converted into euros at the exchange rate on the day of the provider's invoice, plus VAT.
- VAT. Prices are for businesses only, excluding VAT. VAT is added at the rate in force. For a business customer established in Belgium, Spain or Italy, it is generally payable by the customer itself (reverse charge): your quote says so.
