Why train your team, and not just install an agent
In short: the agent prepares, your team approves, and that step is a skill you learn. Lack of skills was the main obstacle cited in 2025 by European businesses that had considered AI without adopting it (Eurostat).
The three obstacles, according to Eurostat
- 70.89%lack of skills: the main reason for not using AI (EU, 2025, according to Eurostat)
- 52.52%lack of clarity about the legal consequences
- 48.83%concerns about data protection

An agent does not replace your team. It prepares a payment reminder, a draft reply, an accounting document filed. Someone on your side reads, corrects, approves or refuses. It takes little time, but it is a skill you learn.
European businesses say so themselves. In 2025, among EU businesses that had already considered using AI, the main reason for not doing so was lack of skills (70.89%). Next came lack of clarity about the legal consequences (52.52%) and concerns about data protection (48.83%). Source: Eurostat.
Our training targets these three obstacles: knowing how to do it, knowing what is allowed, knowing how to protect data.
Three training courses, depending on each person's role
In short: the hands-on session is included for those who approve the agent's work; training for the AI lead is on quote; “AI in everyday work” has a displayed price.
| Training | Who for | What you will learn | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| The hands-on session | The people who approve the agent's work | Reading a proposal. Approving it, correcting it or refusing it. Taking over when the agent stops | Included in every set-up |
| The AI lead | Someone on your side who is the link with us, no technical background needed | Reading the monthly agent monitoring report. Preparing the review of their autonomy levels (the “levels”). Passing on the team's feedback | On quote |
| AI in everyday work | The whole team | Good use, the limits of AI, personal data | €1,590 excl. VAT for your team, up to 8 people; €290 excl. VAT per person in an open session |
The hands-on session, included with every agent
In short: one session for the people who will approve the agent's work. It is part of every set-up, at no extra charge.

An agent will be able to work day and night, and you will remain the decision-maker. But you will need to know how to respond to it. So every agent set-up includes a session for the people who will approve its work. It is not invoiced separately.
What you will learn:
- Read an agent proposal: what it received, what it proposes, and why.
- Decide: approve, correct or refuse. Each decision will be recorded in the agent's log, with the person's name and the time.
- Understand the autonomy levels. Level 0: the agent only proposes, you do the work, and we compare. Level 1: you approve each action before it goes out. Level 2: the agent handles the simple cases described in writing on its own; you keep the others and check a sample. Level 3: it acts on its own; you read its report and receive its alerts. An agent only moves up a level with your written agreement. It moves down a level after a serious alert.
- Know what always stays in your hands: a payment, sending a document that commits you, deleting data. All of that always goes through your approval.
- Take over when the agent stops. It is designed to stop at the slightest doubt: a disputed invoice, an unreadable document, an unusual request. You will know who takes over the case.
- Report a problem: a client area is planned for this. Your agents will also report their own errors to us.
The goal: for your team to approve the agent's work with full confidence.
The AI lead: someone on your side who is the link
In short: someone in your team, with no technical background, who follows your agents and is the link with us.
- reading the monthly agent monitoring report: share of proposals accepted, errors, agent stops;
- preparing with us the quarterly review of the autonomy levels: move up, stay or move down?
- gathering the team's feedback and passing it on to us;
- supporting a new colleague through their first approvals;
- spotting a repetitive task that deserves an agent, and describing it simply.

You need someone who knows both your business and your agents. No technical background is needed. It is often the person who knows best the work given to the agent.
The programme, in preparation, plans to train them in:

AI in everyday work, for the whole team
In short: shared reference points for using AI in your day-to-day tasks: good use, its limits, the data to protect.
- Give context: who the text is for, for what purpose, with what constraints.
- Use it for a first draft, a summary, a rewording or a working translation.
- Read through everything it produces, like a new colleague's draft.
- Keep the decision: AI proposes, a person decides.
- An AI can be confidently wrong: a figure, a date or an article of law that does not exist. Check at the source.
- Its knowledge stops at a certain date. A rate, a price or a rule may have changed since.
- It knows about your company only what you give it.
- It must not decide alone on anything that affects a person: a hire, a sanction, a refusal.
- Give an AI tool only what is useful. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires this: data must be “adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary” (Article 5).
- For customer or employee data, use the tools chosen by the company. Never a personal account.
- Know that a person has a right not to be subject to a decision “based solely on automated processing” that produces legal effects concerning them or significantly affects them. There are exceptions. In two of these three exceptions, the person can at least obtain human intervention and contest the decision (Article 22).

What the EU AI Act says, and what it changes for you
In short: if your company uses an agent, it is probably a “deployer”: it must then take measures to promote AI literacy in its team. Training helps, but does not make you “compliant” on its own.
- You are probably a “deployer”. This is the name given to any person or company that uses an AI system under its own authority, other than for personal use (Article 3, point 4). An SME that has an agent working in its business is, as a rule, in this case. To be checked with your adviser.
- You must promote AI literacy in your team. Article 4 has applied since 2 February 2025. It was amended in 2026 by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, known as the “digital omnibus on AI”. Today, providers and deployers must take measures to promote the development of AI literacy among their staff. They take into account each person's knowledge and the context of use. The text states that this obligation does not require guaranteeing a specific level for each person.
- What is “AI literacy”? The skills, knowledge and understanding that make it possible to use AI in an informed way. And to see its possibilities, its risks and the possible harm (Article 3, point 56).
- A prohibition to know about. Since 2 February 2025, it is prohibited to use an AI system to infer a person's emotions in the workplace, except for medical or safety reasons (Article 5).
- “High-risk” uses. Sorting applications, evaluating candidates, deciding on a promotion or a dismissal: these uses are classed as high-risk (Annex III, point 4). Their obligations apply from 2 December 2027. Our standard agents (payment reminders and invoices, emails, quotes, accounting documents) are not designed for these uses. If your project comes close, we will tell you before starting. This point will then need to be checked with your adviser.
- Say that people are talking to an AI. Since 2 August 2026, an AI system that interacts directly with people must be designed so that they know it, unless it is obvious (Article 50). A message sent on its own by one of our agents will always say so.

Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, often called the “AI Act”, governs AI in the European Union. Here is what concerns an SME that uses agents.
Training does not make you “compliant” on its own. It is one of the measures you can take, alongside your internal rules.
How a training session will run: on your own cases
- On your tools and your cases. For example, an SME of 30 employees has just installed a payment reminders agent. The session will start from the proposals of its agent and from examples taken from its business, made anonymous.
- Two formats: a session at your company, up to 8 people, or an open session with other companies, from 5 registrations. The duration and the language are defined with you.
- After the training, your questions will go through the same support tool as for your agents and your software. It is planned in your future client area.
Funding: what we can tell you today
In short: the hands-on session is included. For the rest, we promise no funding: in France, our training courses cannot be funded by public or pooled funds for now.

- The hands-on session is part of the set-up. It costs nothing extra.
- Kendu Intelligence is not Qualiopi certified, the quality certification for training organisations. In France, since 1 January 2022, it has been mandatory for a training organisation to benefit from public or pooled funds. For example: those of the skills operators (OPCO), which help companies fund their employees' training, or those of the State or the Regions. Our training courses therefore cannot be covered by these funds for now.
- We are considering certification later.
- In Belgium, Spain and Italy, we have not yet studied the possible support.
So we promise no funding.
Next step: the audit
It all starts with a short audit. We look at your tools, the way you work, your volumes and the personal data involved. You receive a one-page report and a quote. It is also the right time to talk about training: who will approve the agents' work, who will be the link with us as AI lead, who wants reference points on everyday AI.
- The audit costs €490 excl. VAT.
- Its price is deducted from the agents quote if you sign it within 30 days.
- Nothing starts without your agreement on each agent's rulebook.
