What it will do

It will gather the documents for the as-built works file: data sheets, manuals, test reports, as-built plans supplied by the team.
It will compare the file with the list required by the contract and draw up the list of gaps, package by package.
It will chase subcontractors and suppliers for missing documents, then assemble the file.

The content of your emails, invoices and records will stay with you.

We will only see figures: agreement rate, counters, alerts and autonomy level.

The rules common to all our agents

Each agent is built and tuned for you, after the audit of your tools. Four autonomy levels, a trial period at autonomy level 0 where nothing is sent, and a log of every action. AI is not included in our prices: subscriptions and model usage (Claude, OpenAI…) are paid directly to the provider, or re-invoiced at cost price, with no margin. Each task will be given to the cheapest AI model that passes our quality trial, tested and dated.
