The rules common to all our agents
Each agent is built and tuned for you, after the audit of your tools. Four autonomy levels, a trial period at autonomy level 0 where nothing is sent, and a log of every action. AI is not included in our prices: subscriptions and model usage (Claude, OpenAI…) are paid directly to the provider, or re-invoiced at cost price, with no margin. Each task will be given to the cheapest AI model that passes our quality trial, tested and dated. - Property Listings agent: It will write your listings and check that the mentions on your checklist are present before publication.
- Property Mandates agent: It will keep the list of your mandates, warn you before each deadline and flag inconsistencies with the register.
- Enquiries and Viewings agent: It will reply to buyer and tenant enquiries, suggest properties that fit their criteria and arrange viewings.
