The rules common to all our agents
Each agent is built and tuned for you, after the audit of your tools. Four autonomy levels, a trial period at autonomy level 0 where nothing is sent, and a log of every action. AI is not included in our prices: subscriptions and model usage (Claude, OpenAI…) are paid directly to the provider, or re-invoiced at cost price, with no margin. Each task will be given to the cheapest AI model that passes our quality trial, tested and dated. The other Management agents
- Meeting Minutes agent: From the transcript, it will write the minutes and track the actions.
- Legal and Financial Review agent: It will review your quotes, contracts, prices and published pages, and flag anything that causes a problem, with sources to back it up; you decide.
- Decision Feedback agent: Before a decision or a new offer, it will give you written feedback from three angles: your customers, your sales, your priorities.
- Devil's Advocate agent: Before you decide, it will play devil's advocate: what is missing, what contradicts what already exists, the smaller version.
