What it will do

  • It will review a quote, terms of sale, a contract or a page of your website before they go out.
  • It will check every rule it cites against its official source, with the article, the address and the date it was read.
  • It will flag what is missing or what is likely to cause a problem: a mandatory notice, a misleading price, an unclear clause.
  • It will check the calculations: totals, VAT, margins, due dates.

What you approve

  • Every correction proposed: you accept it, reject it, or put it to your adviser.

What it never does

  • Give an opinion that replaces that of a lawyer or an accountant.
  • Change a document without your agreement.
  • Cite a rule without having read it at its source.

Each agent has a written list of stop cases, agreed with you, and you can stop it at any time.

  • A rule it could not read at its source: it marks it “to be checked” instead of drawing a conclusion.
  • A dispute in progress or a major issue: it advises you to consult your lawyer or your accountant.

The rules common to all our agents

Each agent is built and tuned for you, after the audit of your tools. Four autonomy levels, a trial period at autonomy level 0 where nothing is sent, and a log of every action. AI is not included in our prices: subscriptions and model usage (Claude, OpenAI…) are paid directly to the provider, or re-invoiced at cost price, with no margin. Each task will be given to the cheapest AI model that passes our quality trial, tested and dated.
