What it will do

It will read each new Google review left about your business and sort it: positive, negative, question, possible report.
It will write a draft reply in your house tone.
It will pass negative reviews to the manager, with the context (order, ticket) if there is one.

What you approve

Any reply to a negative review or a question, and any report of a review.
Thank-you replies to positive reviews will be able to move to autonomy level 2.

What it never does

Write or commission a review.
Encourage people to leave a review in return for something.
Delete a published reply.
Reveal information about the customer in a public reply.

It will connect to them through their official interfaces (APIs), depending on the plan you hold with each vendor.

Access to the Google Business Profile API must be requested from Google: the listing must be verified and active for more than 60 days, with a website.

Each agent has a written list of stop cases, agreed with you, and you can stop it at any time.

The rules common to all our agents

Each agent is built and tuned for you, after the audit of your tools. Four autonomy levels, a trial period at autonomy level 0 where nothing is sent, and a log of every action. AI is not included in our prices: subscriptions and model usage (Claude, OpenAI…) are paid directly to the provider, or re-invoiced at cost price, with no margin. Each task will be given to the cheapest AI model that passes our quality trial, tested and dated.
