What it will do

After each exchange (email, meeting), it will propose an update to the customer record: deal stage, next action, follow-up date.
It will spot duplicates and incomplete records, then propose merges and additions.
Every Monday, it will prepare for each salesperson the list of deals with no action for a number of days agreed with you.

What you approve

Record merges and changes to a deal's stage.
Updates to simple fields (date of last exchange) will be able to move to autonomy level 2.

What it never does

Delete a record.
Write to the customer.
Enrich a record with data gathered outside your tools.

Each agent is built and tuned for you, after the audit of your tools. Four autonomy levels, a trial period at autonomy level 0 where nothing is sent, and a log of every action. AI is not included in our prices: subscriptions and model usage (Claude, OpenAI…) are paid directly to the provider, or re-invoiced at cost price, with no margin. Each task will be given to the cheapest AI model that passes our quality trial, tested and dated.
