Zenchef's API documentation is provided by the vendor on request. For any other booking tool, it depends on your software, to be checked together during the audit.

Each agent has a written list of stop cases, agreed with you, and you can stop it at any time.
What will reach Kendu: figures only
The content of your emails, invoices and records will stay with you.
We will only see figures: agreement rate, counters, alerts and autonomy level.
The rules common to all our agents
Each agent is built and tuned for you, after the audit of your tools. Four autonomy levels, a trial period at autonomy level 0 where nothing is sent, and a log of every action. AI is not included in our prices: subscriptions and model usage (Claude, OpenAI…) are paid directly to the provider, or re-invoiced at cost price, with no margin. Each task will be given to the cheapest AI model that passes our quality trial, tested and dated. - HACCP Records agent: It will remind staff of the readings in your food safety plan and compile the records.
- Kitchen Stock and Orders agent: It will calculate your kitchen's theoretical consumption and prepare your supplier purchase orders.
- Allergens and Menu agent: It will keep the allergen table, dish by dish, and flag changes of recipe or supplier.
