What it will do

It will receive supplier invoices, including electronic invoices from the approved platform, and match them to the order and the delivery note.
It will flag discrepancies (quantity, price, duplicate) and any change to a supplier's bank details.
It will prepare the week's payment batch, which the manager will approve and then run in their bank.

The rules common to all our agents

Each agent is built and tuned for you, after the audit of your tools. Four autonomy levels, a trial period at autonomy level 0 where nothing is sent, and a log of every action. AI is not included in our prices: subscriptions and model usage (Claude, OpenAI…) are paid directly to the provider, or re-invoiced at cost price, with no margin. Each task will be given to the cheapest AI model that passes our quality trial, tested and dated.
