What it will do

It will read receipts photographed or received by email (date, amount, VAT, category) and attach them to the right expense report or card expense.
It will check that each expense follows the written expenses policy (caps, categories, receipt present) and prepare the list of discrepancies.
It will ask the employee for missing receipts, using a standard message.

What you approve

Reimbursement: always.

Receipt reminders will be able to move to autonomy level 2.

The rules common to all our agents

Each agent is built and tuned for you, after the audit of your tools. Four autonomy levels, a trial period at autonomy level 0 where nothing is sent, and a log of every action. AI is not included in our prices: subscriptions and model usage (Claude, OpenAI…) are paid directly to the provider, or re-invoiced at cost price, with no margin. Each task will be given to the cheapest AI model that passes our quality trial, tested and dated.
