What it will do

It will collect supplier invoices and supporting documents (emails, portals, photos) and read from each one the supplier, date, amount excluding tax, VAT, total and due date.
It will suggest an account for each document, which you or your accountant accept or correct, and link each document to its bank transaction.
It will keep the list of transactions with no supporting document and prepare the monthly batch for the accountant.

What you approve

Every accounting entry: always.
Any document whose VAT or amount cannot be read with certainty.

What it never does

Pay.
Post an entry without approval.
Replace the approved e-invoicing platform (it connects to it).
Delete a document.

The rules common to all our agents

Each agent is built and tuned for you, after the audit of your tools. Four autonomy levels, a trial period at autonomy level 0 where nothing is sent, and a log of every action. AI is not included in our prices: subscriptions and model usage (Claude, OpenAI…) are paid directly to the provider, or re-invoiced at cost price, with no margin. Each task will be given to the cheapest AI model that passes our quality trial, tested and dated.
